Having used Extreme for a while, the nic doesn't kick you in the head. It's 22mg balanced out over a longer period of time than other snus. You don't get the full dose all at once. What you get is a two hour taste and nic sensation.

This is very true. I do find that I sometimes do get a bit of a kick in the head after about an hour, it's definitely gradual release that builds up.
