No, we all pay our state the taxes that are owed when we order from overseas - right guays?

Northerner, upon setting up their U.S. presence are required by PACT to collect and remit the taxes to the individual states. Iowa, South Dakota, and Massachusetts, I believe do not or will not put the mechanism in for Northerner to do that. I am pretty sure they can all still get their Snus from Sweden unless UPS is refusing delivery to those states, which I don't think is the case.

Do I have that about right guays?

Sorry you Do not maybe understod SIR me does not Buther you tax comitment You are Good American citizen no doubt What i want to understand is in thouse 47 states is it problem for consumer to order from Sweden and when We ship from Sweden We Do not pay tax i mean for shiping outside of EU, but inside of EU when We send Chew to We have to pay tax and that is why on our site is writen inklusive Tax and VAT, now what about consumer in US for thouse 47 states if you order Within US warehouse then you recive with Taxes i think bit whe you recive from outside then you pay tax at custom and take your snus?

Now i am starting to understan SIR so Norterner is not aloud then sell in thouse 3 states becose Governor does not give à lisens to sell to stores and internet is" finito" as well so people in those 3 states cen not get Swedish snus not from internet not from stores(only SM produkts) right?

When we order from Sweden, I assume the Swedish companies are paying the customs fees. Swedish companies are not obligated to collect state taxes, it is our responsibility to report our purchases to the states in which we reside and pay the applicable taxes. When we order from a U.S. based company, it is the companies responsibility to collect the state taxes at time of purchase and remit those taxes to the states. Every state has different taxes, so Northerner had to go to a lot of trouble to set it up so that they can collect and remit the taxes for each different state. In those other three states there was some problem in setting that up. I assume they are working with those states to fix that problem, but they haven't been able to accomplish this yet.

I am no expert on any of this, it is just some of my understanding. I certainly can't advise what you should do to sell directly to us if that is what you are trying to figure out. I apologize to you if I am not understanding, my Swenglish is not very good yet, but I am trying to learn

Yes, i have ordered from Buysnus after PACT came in to see if it worked, i recieved the order without problems, in fact it was faster shipping than Northerner used to be. My problem is i can't afford to order 3 rolls at a time to make it cost effective so i haven't ordered from there since.

We can buy Swedish snus from an actual shop but there is not many stores that sell it. My nearest store is 80 km away but i can buy General los, op, white op, mint, wintergreen and mini mint (no sterk or es) . They are working on getting Thunder and Jakobsons from Northerner but do not have any yet.

That is the one drawback from ordering from Sweden. Large orders are a must. I ordered last time from PremiumSnus, they have $20 flat fee shipping and really great prices. I did order 5 rolls though, which was just under $180 complete - a good chunk of money, but should last about 5 months at my rate of usage. Beats the hell out of the $50 a week cigarette habit that I broke.

you are absolutly right about US wherehous it is the same in Sweden , and I am trying to figure out is EU situation in those 3 stets and that is reason why 3 states does not yet give apermition to Norherner to collect state tax
