Had corned beef and cabbage last night for dinner. Skipped the Guinness but I'll have one or five tonight. I did an Irish Car Bomb once in my life. Puked my friggin' brains out two hours later. My wife is a thoroughbred Mick so today is her day. Other than that, I'm working my ass off today.Comment

Being Irish myself, I'll not be doing anything special.
I'll not be eating Irish food as there isn't really any such thing and I'll not be drinking Guinness (especially that horrible green stuff) as it tastes like excrement in London.
Bah!
I suppose what I could do being a true Irishman is get absoloutely off my face drunk, have a political argument with someone and then kick them until they're dead.Comment

Latvian Man had Twice the Lethal Alcohol Level
A fifty-year-old man was found dead on a street near his home after being run over by a car near Riga, Latvia.
Police say that the guy must have been drinking some kind of homemade alcohol to reach a blood-alcohol level of 0.9, 17 times the legal limit in Latvia and about twice the lethal limit (around 0.5).
Many Latvian men do have a problem with alcohol. While life expectancy for women is 77 years, the one for men is only 66 in this former soviet republic, which is one of the poorest countries in today's European Union.
