I think you should be able to raise a dispute against him in the Resolution Centre for non-payment and then Ebay will chase him and if he doesn't come good he gets an 'Unpaid Item Strike' on his account and you get your Final Value Fee credited back to your Ebay account. You can then also add him to your Blocked Bidders List so he can't screw you around again in the futire. You could then make a Second Chance offer to the next bidder in line if you would be happy with that price as a BuyItNow rather than re-listing.

Still, that's a lot of BS for iffy satisfaction. Unfortunately eatmeBAY seems to be the only game around.

Maybe a new button could be added to Selling Manager where you could click it to 'send the boys round' to collect any outstanding payments

I sort of like this, since I'm a frequent Ebay customer. Sometimes sellers withhold the shipping price until checkout, which is a major pet-peeve of mine.

In the end I did file a complaint and the fees were lifted. I did sell them on Craigs list for about 20 dollars less than the winning bid on ebay, so that was the money lost.

And people wonder why I don't shop on Fleabay anymore. CL and Amazon handle about 90% of my online mercantile needs.

I have been told to steer clear of them because they are anti-tobacco. If they find out you are doing something tobacco related they shut you down. I don't know I just never took the chance.
