Only problem is that the fee for importing 1 can of Skruf into the US, if caught, is precisely 1 can of Skruf, to be collected instantly.

They have said, not selling Skruf in the USA has nothing to do with the PACT act. buysnus has always reembursed me very very quickly. They have said shipping Skruf to USA is just fine. If there is a problem, I can almost promise you, based off my months and months of experience with them, they will reemburse you.

DDP means the shipper (BuySnus) assumes all risks until the package is in your hands.

If I'm not mistaken, JTI doesn't want to sell to USA as part of company policy. If that's the case, a vendor selling to the US could lose the ability to sell JTI products at all if JTI wanted to be dicks about it.
