I reckon the FDA is like a little kid with a new toy........play around with it till it breaks then find something else to break. First it was flavorings not being approved, someone found a way around that....now it's the dye that's use to make the fibers black.....someone will find the loophole in that then they'll look at the cans being too round and need to make one of the sides flat so it doesn't resemble a can because kids buy mints that are in round cans and they can be confused .....bla bla bla.....The FDA needs to take more initiative in regulating how much sweetener is going into the foods that are making the US the fattest country on earth instead of what kind of dye makes portion fibers black!

AG is Danish like V2, so, with any luck, Northerner will sell it. They sell Jagarpris and Blue Ocean (in the blue pouches) so I would imagine we will be able to get them.

SM has a stake in the US, so they kiss all the asses, and follow all the rules. Black portions should be available in the US by companies that wish to sell here online. They won't be able to sell over the counter until they get FDA approval.

AG went with original portion over black portion in the final release, so the US will be able to buy these from select companies. Some are interested and looking into picking them up so eventually I have faith you guys can try them.
