Just a note... I don't use the Iolite in public... get some strange looks. I use a Ploom in public... looks like an e-cig and you can also load it with a combo of stuff.

If you suck it in, you are breathing it into your lungs regardless. Taking that extra breath to "inhale" just sort of shotguns more of it deeper into the lungs. You are filling your lungs with smoke/vapor either way. Your throat is very small, the smoke doesn't just stay in your throat.

I was never a big smoker, but I have vaped tobacco. Kinda shitty to be honest. Probably better than e-cigs though.

you know what, that's good to hear because i do like nasal snuff. I'll have to give it a go more often. I adore stuff like eucalyptus or sandalwood... And even ones on occasion that smell like a whore's boudoir!

i use an ecig brand from the mall...a clean cigarette. Its not as good as snus but leaves no sores on the upper lip....

I admit, I was one of those people who thought e cigs were silly...I didn't understand all the technology so I educated myself by trying one. I started with a hookah disposable and really liked the flavor. I am now the proud owner of a cheapie but good 510 with a few zero nic ejuices. The past few nights I have been relaxing with spring st snus and apple pie ejuice. No need for dessert with this combo.
