That's a new one on me. But of course, at the time that article was written, pipes were an everyday sight. I suppose you could make a tear-gas gun out of quite a lot of common objects.

And no, I don't see how you could make a tear-gas gun pipe that would also be smokeable.

Yeah, Q hooked me up with one of those for my last mission. Oh, wait, I've said too much. I will have to kill you all.

Seriously, though, you have to be careful with these things. Last time I rocked one I accidentally mixed it up with "its inoffensive brother" and it made for a helluva nasty smoke.
