Free pipe tobacco

I got mine. It's maple syrup and rum flavoured. The smell sticks to you like glue and doesn't leave unless you shower extensively. The taste is amazing though.

I got a package in from Dream Castle Tobacco...is this the free tobacco from this page??? either way it says natural cavendish and it smells good...now i have to find a corncob

Just got mine today finally...it's a can of Maple Street and it came from Dream Castle so I'll assume that's what it is :-p I can't use it, but the hubby has been interested in a pipe so he'll be all set once he does get one.

I requested some free samples from Altadis quite a while ago. They sent me a pouch of their version of Blue Note. Awful stuff, a really goopy aromatic with a big chemical aftertaste. Nothing like the real Blue Note, which is, or used to be, made by Dan Tobacco in Germany. It may have been discontinued, I'm not sure.

Needless to say, I'm not a fan of Altadis, even when they're giving it away.

I got mine today. I had forgot that I ordered it, and that I had clicked English blends. It is a 5 o'clock blend, and definitely has the very distinctive and biting smell of an english. I only smoke my pipe occasionally, so I will probably not try this out until later on this week (when I am hammered). Any thoughts?

Just got mine Friday. A can of Maple Street, a pouch of Blue Note, Wild Cherry, and Natural Cavendish. I really like the Maple Street and Wild Cherry. Google Savannah Tobacco, if you call them toll free, they'll send you out a sample of their blend. Really good tobacco blend, I just made a 1lb. order from them last week.

Just got mine today, so it only took a little over a month, which is cool. I just got the one can of Maple Street, not the cornucopia of stuff mcoffman describes. Wonder if that's because I answered the little survey (honestly) that I'm a longtime pipe smoker, rather than a new one who would expand the pipe tobacco market? Anyway, I'm not going to look a gift horse in the mouth. Free stuff is free stuff!

I tried a tin of Maple Street. It's not bad, but if you want maple-flavored tobacco, Cornell & Diehl's Autumn Evening is better, IMO.

I got two tins of maple street on Friday. And have a nice pipe coming this Friday so I'll be trying it this weekend.
