I brushed it off onto a plate and used the corner of a credit card to bring little bumps up to my nose. (Don't ask me where i learned this trick.)

Thanks for the tip,Fury. I will give it a try,but it is pretty hot and very humid outside now.
McChrystal's makes the best menthol ever... O&G (Original and Genuine).

Watch those tins, they do tend to overflow.

Just tried the Ozona raspberry. It is like huffing Vics vapor rub. Medicated tobacco nose candy. I like the aftertaste. I cant comment on the nicotine right now, I'll have to let my head clear and try again later. Very swimmy right now.

First impression on snuff in general...yeah, buddy, me likes. I could really make a habit of this, and now I know it is very easy for me to get. My store is only a 20 minute drive away. I am fighting the urge to go right back now and try some more types. Damn my addictive personality and OCD.

took me a few weeks to get totally used to snuff and have an enjoyable experience 90% of the time I use it, so don't be put off if it takes awhile.

Also, if you use it everyday, maybe look into getting a neti pot, I use one every week or so.

I heard the Ozona's are low on the nicotine...I can't confirm this. All the American scotches (Buttercup) are pretty high up there.

Agreed. Quit a powerful mentholy blast to, so be prepared. Very refreshing if taken in measured amounts.

I think I would have to agree about the Ozona, not alot of nicotine. The Buttercup has a good kick, but is pretty harsh. Just tried doing a pinch of it followed by an Ozona raspberry chaser(or three). I like the effect. It is different than smoking, dipping, and snus which relaxes me. The snuff gets me kinda wired.
The taste of the Ozonas are long lasting. My girlfriend kissed me about an hour my first snuff session and she said I tasted fruity. (I plan on hiding this particular habit from her. It took alot of effort to convince her to ease up about my snus. I am smoke free and (mostly) dip free because of it. Snuff will be a hard sell.)
Of the three types I bought I would say the McChrystal's is my favorite so far.
I think the tobacco shop only carries Poschl, McChrystal's for imported snuff. Any suggestions as to what flavors I might try next? I would like to use some with more nicotine but not as harsh as the Buttercup. The Ozona's are fun, but weak and a bit too candy-like.

McChrystal's makes some fine snuff. I'm still working through many of their flavors for the first time but have yet to find a dud.

I have to admit, all the talk about nasal snuffs here at SnusOn is making me curious, too. I haven't taken the plunge yet, but I'll probably ask about snuffs the next time I visit my local brick & mortar. If they don't carry any, I'll probably pick up a few when I go to Chicago over Labor Day weekend -- I'm already planning a visit to Iwan Ries & Co.

Edit- I thought you meant the Toque flavor "Quit". I never had the Quit With Snuff products.
