Toque - Postal Delays?

We have had a number of people telling us that their orders are being substantially delayed.

Our normal delivery times are 1 day for the UK, 2 – 3 days for Europe, 4 – 6 days for the USA and 6 – 10 days for countries further afield.

Has anyone here had their orders delayed more than would be expected for this time of year?

Yes, my latest order seems to be delayed as it normally takes 4-5 days to reach me and my order was placed on Dec 20. I know that's only 10 days ago, but it's never taken anywhere near this long.

Might just be good old RM Roderick. Had a few flakes of snow where I live about a week before Xmas and RM said they were unable to do anything in my area due to 'adverse weather conditions' UPS didn't seem to have any problems

My last order was on 11/4, and it was actually a bit quicker than usual by a day or 2.

I'm new to snuff and I made first order on the 8th of December and it's still not here. I'm not sure if it's lost or what. I'll give it until the first of year then if it isn't here I'll chalk it up as lost in the mail.

Still waiting in Tennessee on my order placed on December 20th, but I understand the holidays may have delayed it.

As mentioned in another thread and by email, my order Dec 10 still hasn't arrived as of yesterday.

Christmas has come...and so as my Toque Order of Dec 20th!!

Now I can finally try Xmas Pudding (and several other snuffs).

Wish mine did. I got nothing again in the mail today. I'm just chalking it up as lost. Does suck!
