Menthol Snuff Question/Suggestions?

Don't use it if you are new to snuff, period. It will freeze your face plum off. I LOVE LOVE IT

Beats out the Medicated 99 by a million miles. I am in lust with this stuff seriously.

I was all about the crumbs until I got Hedges. Now it's mostly that or grunt.

I have been hitting the Hedges exclusively for 2 full days and this morning I took some of the toque Absinthe(I think that is what tom502 sent) and omg, I didn't realize how dry it was and it about killed me. I have to really sniff the Hedges but not the absinthe, that was nuts. Anyway, I still love the Hedges. I woke up in the night stopped up and took a little toot of the Hedges and it cleared me up the rest of the night!!

I would add Bernard's Jubilaums to the list above. It's like shoving cookie dough vanilla ice cream up your nose, except more sophisticated. The light menthol gives the ice cream sensation. I'm not sure if Wilson's Crumbs of Comfort is mentholated. I understand it to be based heavily on Spearmint. It's a very different sensation for me than true "mentholated" snuff.

I like the crumbs just fine. It isn't mentholated, but it is a rather pleasant smell. The crumbs menthol plus is good too.

The Bernards are delicious and Jubilams sounds as good as the rest. As soon as I get another order going I'll check it out.

Still, as a long time ex Kool and Newport smoker, the Kings of the Hill (non-Schmalzers) are definitely Hedges and McC O&G. After your experimentation days are over, you want these in bulk. Unfortunately, Hedges doesn't come that way, but I recently got a 200g tub of O&G. That's like a years worth of snuff for the price of 5 packs of smokes.

I think Hedges is actually McCrystals O&G to the tenth power....The taste is similar but the menthol and nicotine are far greater! Starting to really enjoy Gawith Hoggarths Camphor Menthol....Nice menthol and very smooth!

I find I prefer a less sharp and mind blowing menthol snuff, and I think Dholakia Medicated fits this just right.

Ok back to this Hedges L260. This snuff is amazing. Such a harsh yet interesting burn. Leaves my nose running like no other. Makes me cry real tears for like 10 minutes. Seriously, this is some potent snuff. I just hope it isn't eating the skin off my inner nostrils. :shock:

I usually do one big blast of Hedges around 1AM, and mine tonite definitely got the tears flowing for a few minutes. Same as it ever was.
