Looking to place my first order of snuff tonight, I was wondering if all these customs problems have been resolved, or if any distributor has not had problems recently (in the past few weeks). I'm looking at ordering from either Mr.Snuff or Toque directly, although ordering from Toque I would be limited in the selection. Again this will be my first experience with snuff, and hopefully a good one. If Mr.Snuff has been alright with shipping recently, I definitely want to try Hedges as I quite like menthol. I've read the nasal snuff sticky and it seems a bit scattered. Also any suggestions on particular flavors I must try would be appreciated!

russki I visit the above site a lot and no real issue recently have been note concerning Mr snuff or Toque the seem to have both been having good luck with shipping.
Both are good suppliers and have good customer service.

Toque has always been great to me (granted it was only a couple orders). Always lightening fast delivery of a stellar product. Cant use the stuff anymore though. The army sort of frowns upon putting stuff in your nose :/

Well, the post office failed again. I finally got that missing toque order today, and I received an empty envelope with a stamp from the post office that says received without contents. The top looks like it was cut open so I believe that someone has stolen the contents. I included pictures attached to this post.

I want to stress that this problem is NOT roderick's fault, this is the post offices fault as it was postal employees that stole my snuff, whether it happened in england or the USA I am not sure of, but either way I am pissed someone had to steal it. I emailed roderick and am hoping he can help me out some how.

Had to be someone who could actually tell what was inside--either by feel or by the labeling--so it was likely a felonious snuff-hound. Anyone else would likely have just pitched it onward without a second thought.

Yeah, it has "5x snuff tins" listed on the customs declaration, maybe they saw that and went for it, the package was obviously cut open intentionally as the cut is at the very top, if it was damaged it wouldn't be such a clean opening. I gotta say though, i'd rather have just never received anything than an empty envelope. The fact that they sent the envelope on after stealing the contents is like saying "haha f*ck you!"

The envelope still smells of toque deliciousness.

I heard back from roderick today, I just finished sending him some photos of the package. He said that he would happily resend the order, and would make a claim with royal mail. Seriously guys, this is top notch service here. A big thanks goes out to roderick and toquesnuff.com for being so helpful and easy to work with. Top notch snuff and service!

Unfortunately, I am closed permanently. The anti tobacco fanatics have been on my case for many months. I have been threatened numerous times, and they have contacted the attorney generals offices in a number of states, who in turn, have contacted me. Although I am perfectly legal, it is an ongoing problem/hassle that has taken it's toll, both in time, and money. I no longer make even a modest profit.

I predicted that would be the outcome. That's awesome. Dave at mr snuff is at the same level. Last time I ordered there were really bad snow storms over there so they couldn't get to the warehouse to ship. I happened to mention to Dave on the phone I was almost out of HDT and he was about to check his personal stash to see if he could send me some to tide me over. Now that's service. I declined and thanked him. My order arrived a week later I believe.
