I need to know who is the most reliable and with the best selection for online ordering of nasal snuff. I have always loved nasal snuff but due to availability and it rarity it had fallen to the wayside. Now, with the onset of age, and growing weary of smoking, and all the complications and stigmas that come with it. I want my lungs back and and I don't want to raise a child as a smoker. I don't have to go outside to use snuff, and it doesn't pollute my house nor make my clothing stink. To the point : I ordered from Mr.Snuff on the 11th of February, it's the 26th today. Do they always take this long? Or does it sound like there is a problem. I figured it would take a week at the most to fulfill this order. And locally there is only one tobacconist that carries scented snuff, and they are all out as of yesterday, as was I.
Does it sound like I need to order from another source? And if so who and who has the best selection, and the fastest service. Should it really take 15+ days to order 40 grams of snuff to your home in the Mid America?

Exactly what Tom said Mr. Snuff is the De facto online snuff guru, no need to look any further. Outside of the holiday shipping issues that affected all UK products and companies during December Mr. Snuff is as reliable as they come. It wasn't just Mr Snuff who suffered slow deliveries through November, December and January. We all did!

The reason was US Homeland Security seized a months worth of post arriving from outside the USA and proceeded to search every packet. They then told UK Royal Mail, and I presume other countries as well, to stockpile mail for another month. Royal Mail has lost a fortune in delayed and lost mail payments. At its worst we had a customer waiting 48 days before their order arrived. Luckily we only lost a small number of orders and in most cases they turned up a few days after the replacement order had arrived.

Still waiting for my snuff order From Mr.Snuff. Not impressed and probably won't order from them again. I will make sure none of my friends order from them and get jerked around like this. Tomorrow I'm going to order from somewhere else that will get me fruitful results, and get products to me in an expedient fashion. I could have walked, hitch hiked, stowed away on a freight ship across the Atlantic, stolen roller skates from a child, gone to the brick and mortar location of mrsnuff.com, and picked up my order, then gone home in the time that has elapsed.

I don't know the full story but, I can say the fault lies with American Homeland Security.

We, at Toque, ship orders before 4pm on the same day they arrive as do most reputable companies and our mail arrives in the US 2 days later. Currently orders are being delivered in 5 days, however in the last 3 months millions of Americans have experienced delays of up to 2 months due to HS delaying the post so that all mail can be scanned.

If Mr Snuff has not responded to your email, email again and remind them that after 25 days they can legally resend your order and claim from Royal Mail, who in turn claims from HS.

I too have been waiting awhile for a Mr. Snuff order. I have ordered from them before and it didn't take this long. I believe all the stories about the American Homeland Security screwing this all up.
