OK, I understood that there was Swedish court order sometime in summer 2012. This order banned snus delivery from Sweden to other EU countries.
If problem with my order is there, then say so and give me my money back.
Or is you policy that bad publicity is better than no publicity at all??

Thought I would give you some feedback. Bought a can of Original Extreme. Found it to be too strong for me as well as a bit too strong with the pepper taste. Almost metallic. Also, too much nicotine, even with a tiny pris

Also, had some Original Classic Los. Very mellow and rich tasting. Therefore, mixed 1/3 Extreme and 2/3 Original Classic. This made a great snus. Probably, the best all day snus I ever had. For some reason it is even better than Classic strong.

till monday is golden but to be honest i am not so sure that you have ordered anything from us till monday i will unswer on your quastion ..... but one thing is 100 % we never recieved any mail from you my mail address is gevorg@gajane.se can you be so kind and resend to me your mails to örjan or odenssnus.com?

I sent copy-paste from odenssnus.eu webshop(order number, payment transaction id, order content and so on). Also I sent, as attachment, snippet from my credit card account, from what you can see, that money is gone from my account towards you via Payson. Also I add emails(already 4 by now), what I send towards odenssnus.com(3 mails) and gntobacco.se(1 mail).

Also, you can see my orders from odenssnus.eu by yourself. My username is same as my email address from what I wrote to you. As system owner, or at least close standing person, you can see customers orders directly from webstore system.

I hope all this can help get my snus or get my money back.

Well, you got a direct response from the company owner within a couple of days, and once you guys get a decent transfer of information going, I have no doubt this will get resolved quickly. GN is a great guy and really cares. Good luck.

I am, generally, not a bad person. It's just I get touchy when something is messy with my money(as everybody) and especially when I running my tobacco supply short(had to buy pack of cigarette today).
