Hey, anybody know why N&J Strong White is not available
from the US warehouse? I thought it was FDA approved!

Did a test order at Getsnus, was allowed to order it, then it
kicked it out of the basket before final checkout.

Trying it at Northerner, available only from Sweden with no
option to order unless show me is changed!!

So far I've made 2 orders with getsnus/northerner an they both arrived the next day. This is without the express shipping but I live on long island which is close to pa so that's probably why. The only issue is that I have a can of berry thunder that I have yet to receive, so I'm assuming it's on backorder as my order status is only partially shipped.

I don't know how Northerner was before the merge but the have yet to give me any issues, and I can't argue with next day snus.

I'm enjoying the n & j strong white right now for the first time it's awesome. Just order from snuscentral or buysnus.. Might cost a little more but it's fast and fresh

Actually, CG, I was only 'testing' the system in contemplation
of a possible order in a few weeks, when I ran into the problem
I described. N&J (one of my top 5) was one of my 'test' items.
There is no cause for alarm on my part yet 'cause I have enough
N&J Strong to last me a little while. To answer your question:

Nick and Johnny Black goes White!
By mid June Nick and Johnny Black will undergo a makeover from black portion to white portion. The transformation also includes a new name, Nick and Johnny Strong White..

As I say, there's still time before I actually place an order.
Just trying to cover my bases.

no problem. Whew. You just had me doubting what I thought I knew about the change. I would agree that N&J is a top 5. Actually, I would say top 2. Regular strength is Ettan, but when I need the extra kick it's N&J. Everything else I use is just for variety.

I fully agree with you on the top two -- my top 5 are pretty much high-kickers with the others each adding a variety of spices to life.

i ordered another small order from northerner a few days ago. about ten cans. it was at my door in two days. they also threw in two FREE cans of minis. I dont buy minis but they were free and i will use them. they had no reason that i know of to give me the two cans free so i have to assume they were just being good snus sellers ;-) I would be curious to know if anyone else has gotten any free snus like i did. I have to say way to go northerner!

I thought getsnus would have sent me a freebie of some type, but I got nothing extra at all. But I did get all my order in about 3 days. I still feel it was too much at $60 for 12 cans. I'm thinking I won't do that again.

I've decided I'm done with Getsnus/Northerner. I was a huge Getsnus customer before PACT, and Northerner's purchase. Always had a phone number, to talk with a human being, if something went wrong. Now? I've been lucky to get a response inside a week... and the "new" ticketing system is even worse. I've been trying to cancel my current order, and get a refund, and am being ignored. At the point where I'm just going to file a complaint with Visa tomorrow, and deal with it that way.

I understand that change can be rough, and everyone's adapting to the new laws, etc.. But to charge me for my order, for product they could not provide, and then to leave me hanging? I just can't abide that. I'm a customer, not a free no-interest loan source.

Same with me. If you ordered a lot of snus through getsnus or notherner they used to hook you up with at least a free can of mini mint or something. After 2 months of waiting on a $230 order I got nothing, not even a calendar

a month and a half now and i'm still waiting on the last part of my order(Thunder Berry) from getsnus. These guys are straightup crooks. No response on the ticket I placed with their bullshit bogus "helpdesk" feature too. My patience has run out. I'm filing a complaint with the better business bureau.
