Don't think so. Remember that US is the smallest market they sell to.

Most of their profit comes from other markets which Frederik has said purchase large orders often, and very rarely place small orders, unlike Americans.

You know what tho, I am a tough customer, and always expect to be compensated. But I understand the problems their having. I also understand it goes farther up the flag pole, beyond distributor, all the way to manufacturer. And I have to give Fred and Frank credit for not throwing the manufacturers under the bus....

Hows it going everyone this is my first post on this site been floating around on here for awhile now just felt like adding some info to this thread. I have only ordered my snus from Northerner since I started snusing and have been very satisfied with the service from them. On their site I have noticed most stuff in the US has a three day wait on it and I see that people are having a hard time getting some of their snus in one order. I think I might know why that is. Now I am not totally sure but I remember reading that with this Pact act (it may have been some other tobacco legislation too) taking effect retailers where going to face a Floor Tax on all tobacco products they had in stock. Northerner may have let their stock dwindle to hardly nothing so as to avoid facing a huge charge due to this.
Now like I said I am not sure if that is a fact but I just wanted to throw that out there as a possible reason for orders being delayed so much.

Im kicking myself in the rear end for not getting an Icetool. For some reason the prismaster is all that can be had on the Northerner site now in regards to accessories. I have one but I was hoping to get the much better made Icetool. Freaking sucks. Too bad I dont have a metal lathe I'd try making one.

Welcome to SnusOn! Interesting point on the floor tax, sounds like a possibility to me. I don't think you should have much problem getting an IceTool. Not sure what shipping is from IceTool directly but if it's too much you could wait for someone to list one on the exchange or auction section. IceTool did recently have a bunch of tools up on the auction site for a great price, so maybe they'll do it again soon.

How are you guys even ordering from getsnus? Every time I try to order something I get

"General, Portion - No delivery options available for this product" and it's removed. I've tried this with 8 different brands and nothing.

Also, if that isn't already bad, I can't even look at the store locator on generalsnus because I can't make it passed the broken registration, even though all the data input is valid.
