Yeah, the tax displayed as VAT would be Kentucky sales tax (one of two states where we need to add sales tax, the other is PA). That's on the To Do list for the programmers to re-word.
As for the shipping... Well, UPS with adult signature service is expensive. We're negotiating with UPS as we speak but right now, that's our cost.Comment

Fair enough,though I do despise UPS,but it's not like Northerner has much choice in the matter anymore.Half the crap that gets delivered to me by UPS ground requires a signature from someone,and the shipping is cheap.So for the extra 5 seconds it takes to whip out an ID they're gonna charge more.Stupid.Comment
