Famous Northerner Service?

I'm one of those who used to order almost exclusively from Getsnus. All I ever heard was about Northerner's wonderful service. I placed my first order with Northerner last Thursday and just received notification that my order will be shipping today. I know we had a weekend and Memorial day, but 6 days to ship a package just doesn't seem all that wonderful to me. They seem like nice people. I'm not angry, but I don't see anything worth bragging about.

Hmm... All my shipments other than backordered products have been very quick. I dunno. If they really did just ship it(and it's not a notification screwup), maybe things will smooth out once the PACT rush settles down. What was in your order? Maybe something was backordered, but they expected delivery very quickly so they held onto it for a few more days. If that's the case, it would be nice to have notification so you know what's going on.

Varies a bit, I've ordered on Friday and received Monday. Also waited 7 days before too.

Well there are tons of people stocking up for PACT.

It's probably a mad house trying to keep up.

I'd rather get it slow and get it correct than to get it fast and get it wrong.

I'd imagine everyone selling snus right now is getting hammered with orders.

That would have been great! Mine is expected to arrive Monday, 1 week, 4 days. I ordered a shit load. Knox, Got Grey and Gellivare, all from US warehouse.

There is one thing about all this pre-PACT rush. After the end of June the order frenzy will fall off a cliff and after a few days or weeks availability will be no problem and shipping delays will disappear.

Ok. So this is great service. Sorry it's been a while since I ordered something that took 6 days to ship. Amazon and Getsnus spoiled me, I guess.

I've been waiting 2 weeks now for mine to ship. Damn Odens. I wish instead of "1-3 days" it said "we have no idea when we'll get more of this snus". Argh. I just hope they get more in the next 3 weeks, the deadline is nigh

"Back in the day", way back last year, Getsnus was where you went if you wanted your general quick and fast. Northerner was where you went when you wanted the good stuff. Ordering from Northerner meant you had to order it and forget it.
Now orders come much faster even from Sweden. I don't think I've ordered anything exclusively from Northerners US warehouse so I'm sure that's much better.

I ordered my 12 can pre PACT stock-up on Thursday and apparently it shipped 00:05:29AM on Friday, and received it on Tuesday minus one can. Not bad for a holiday weekend. But they did include a letter stating they had a stock error and will send me my missing can when it gets back in stock.

Can I be the noob and ask what PACT is? Maybe it had something to do with how my order with Northerner got screwed up.

this is my experience with northerner..if i order on the weekend or monday, i get it on wednesday. if i order on tuesday, i get it on saturday.
i have no complaints..except for the missing can...

I believe I've read on here that the shipped status change on the website does not correspond to when it actually ships. Like, if it says shipped it probably almost delivered. Hopefully you'll get it sooner than you think.

I've heard that before and much about how fast their shipping was. I also heard they were bad with communications, so being day 6, I was actually hoping I might find my order waiting for me, when I got home from work. But I all got was an e-mail from UPS, indicating my order shipped today and I'd receive it Monday.
