I usually get a tracking number in my email, but I think I was only given this through US stores.

I'm having the same problem. They always emailed it in the past. My guess is that they are either bogged down or having problems with the tracking emails through Quantumview. In the past if it says it is shipped in your purchases and you got an order confirmation it is on its way.

Fill out their online inquiry form OR contact FredricKs here on the forum. I'm sure they will help you with a tracking # if available.

well it appears that usps ships priority mail with no tracking number...

i have never heard of this why would you use a company that doesnt supply a tracking number to ship your product? i coulnt even pay extra to get a tracking number from norther

It's my understanding that after the Pact Act goes into effect,you won't be able to use priority mail anyway.I placed an order on Sunday and it showed up today using priority mail.How long have you been waiting?
