What Happened To BuySnus?

Anyone had problems with credit card payments at buysnus? I have been trying to order a roll of general wintergreen for a week. i have a half price credit and it's on sale on top of that. anyway, it always rejects my card even though i know it has money on it, etc.

I have emailed them no less than four or five times, put in a ticket to their ticket system. the only reply i got was to the first one and i got a canned response that it "must" be a temporary problem.

I might not care and just go to northerner but i have half price credits and would like to use them.

Anyway, just wondering if this has happened to anyone else.

Clubsnus(Jon) said he had a problem paying with their new auction site. Maybe they have someone different handling their credit orders :^/

I placed 2 orders with them so far, quite big ones. While the first one they shipped immediately and I had no reason to contact them - everything was OK. The last one I placed in the beginning of the week (tuesday morning) so I expected them to ship the same day.
Tuesday - no shipment.
Wednesday - no shipment - 1st email in the evening.
Thursday - no shipment - no email reply - 2nd email to them
Friday - 3rd email to them - information about shipment sent and reply.

edit: actually lack of contact was caused by e-mail delivery failures

And the extra cans - yes they usually will give you something that is running out of date, they don't actually care I guess and throw in just random, once I got Gotland Green. But well, what can you expect for free rather than running out of date snus they will not sell anyway. Still 1 month forward date snus is great to use... :idea:

If they make some error in your order, you can be sure that they will fix this, so overall it's better to wait a bit and be sure that everything will be OK in the end, rather than risk with other suppliers.

Buysnus and northerner use different payments processing company, northerner - PayEx, Buysnus - DIBS. So problems with your card is actually not a problem on their side but rather payments processing company.

thanks! i just sent DIBS an email. ive been buying from buysnus for years. they have always been great about responding to emails. ive never had to email them but 3-4 times in the same number of years. what bugs me most is i cant get them to respond this time.... and i have several half price rolls built up waiting on me...... thanks again

well i got a response from buysnus but i think it was from an email i sent several days ago. they just said the same thing and they could not help me. strange my card dont work at buysnus but 5 minutes later it works at northerner. the next time buysnus rejects me i go to getsnus and it works. very frustrating having 5 half price rolls i cant pay for :roll: i guess i will borrow someone elses card and pay them back. but i wont be buying from buysnus again after this.
