Don't understand what's happened to BuySnus.
Have been a customer for a few years now and always went there and paid a little extra to ensure my snus was a fresh as can be, delivered quickly, received good customer service and for the odd generous samples on larger orders.
Last order but one ordered by UPS next day. Turned up a day later than that, BuySnus didn't reply to my e-mail when I queried where it was and had to end up chasing UPS myself to get my package.
This order 28 cans of snus (including 2 rolls of Skruf Stark) Both rolls of Skruf Stark dry, pale, tasteless and release little to no nicotine, BuySnus said to go speak to Skruf and my free sample was a can of Offroad Original Stark (IMO the cheapest, nastiest stark snus around) with only about 1 month to go out of date, again dry, pale, tasteless and releases little to no nicotine.
I guess the bad Skruf Stark stock and UPS's cock up are beyond their control but they don't seem to care as much about their customers anymore. A couple of years ago they would bend over backwards to keep the customer happy if anything went wrong and were a lot more generous with the samples.
