I'm patiently waiting for my Northerner shipment too. My mail won't come for another couple hours though.

Had to email them again today since I still haven't gotten any replies to my messages and still no shipment. The USA warehouse is great, but I'm really starting to think I won't order from the one in Sweden again.

I got my free N&J Black but haven't tried yet. Order was placed I believe on the 28th. (last month) and received on this past Friday, the 6th. From Sweden warehouse.

Don't worry i placed 6 orders at the swedish warehouse. 2 on the 24th 4 on the 26th. I received one of the packages from the 24th on the 6th and have not received any of the others yet. (hoping one will be in today because it would actually have the free N&J black)

I've received four or five (I'm losing track) orders from Northerner, and two of them contained N&J Black. But that's okay with me. If I really like it, I'll order some. It's good, but I don't yet know where it fits in my snus hierarchy.

Oh, one of the orders was from the US Warehouse, and they gave me General Wintergreen. Yays :roll:

Emailed Northerner back when I ordered because it had been 4 days and my order was pending on items in stock.

They emailed me and said it was due to such a large volume of orders during freeshipping and they would throw in some extra cans and so on for the wait..... coool right???


WRONG

6 of the almost 20 cans I ordered showed up first.

It was another week or so until the rest arrived.

NO N&J BLACK OR SO CALLED EXTRA CANS.

Im not pissed about them not sending them, im upset because they "said" they would and did not.

Northerner is already losing some of my business because i have only had problems with them.

They are a great company and all and I love their points system and so on and i always get responses to emails within a day.

Just ticked off because I was expecting more and was given nothing.. oh well, Ill still be ordering because i should never expect anything for free because that money comes from their pocket but dont promise someone free stuff and then dont deliver.
