    PsychoHazard, DON'T WORRY FRANK AND AINA WILL TAKE CARE OF IT TO YOUR SATISFACTION. I also got the pm from Aina. Give her alittle time to respond and make sure she understands your entire situation and it WILL be fixed. Northerner wants everyone to be happy. Please be patient tho, cuz I'm sure there are probably about 1000 people with the same concern. PP

    Northerner didn't get to be the top snus seller by screwing people. They got their because of customer service. Even with the most organized and best companys, mistakes do happen sometimes.

      I just wanted to say that I've had nothing but good experiences with Northerner for a long time. I've always received a reply to my emails within 24 hours and Aina is a top-notch professional.

      Hang in there folks, Northerner was inundated with orders for the ten year sell. In my experience if they do make a mistake (which isn't very often) they always make it right.

        I bow to your wisdom. I'll give them some time to sort things out. I'm probably investing way too much emotional energy into stewing over this anyway. My apologies. I will be patient and give it some time.

          Ok, I'm sold. I'll be continuing to shop with Northerner. In fact, I plan on putting in a new preorder for the Merry Christmas and the Nordströmmen Julesnus tomorrow. Thanks Frank and Aina.

                It does get a bit wearisome to me every time someone freaks out the moment an issue comes up, assumes that Northerner (or Buysnus, Getsnus, Clubsnus) won't fix it and fix it right. I have been here for a number of years here and Northerner has NEVER not fixed a problem right.

                Please be patent folks. ALL the snus vendors do us right, all bend over backwards to fix issues, please just give them a little time to get it done.

                But happy you got taken care of PsychoHazard

People would be missing cans and *never* get a reply, or Northerner would just tell them they're SOL. Whereas, BuySnus was a real hit because they had good service AND they'd resend your entire order if something wasn't right. Of course people took advantage of that, and now they video record each package getting filled. Kudos to Northerner for straightening up their act and congrats on 10 years!

                      Simply not true.

                      Please show even one thread where that happened. It didn't.

                      Please show me one thread where Northerner blew someone off who was missing snus and that person was a reputable poster. You can't. Because it never happened.

                          Aina pm'ed me this morning and said they are sending my complete order with free shipping and some goodies. I'm thinkin Aina has english down pretty good. :mrgreen:


                          The members of SnusOn have it pretty dam good when it comes to dealing with the suppliers. I'm sure they go far out of their way to make sure we are all satisfied with their service. One screw up and everybody here knows about it. I hope that everyone here realizes that collectively we surely receive the best customer service that any of the suppliers can muster up. On the other hand.......no one here dam well better not be taking advantage of them either. All the suppliers note on their sites that basically they are not responsible for problems with shipping. Time after time I see these suppliers replace damaged and/or missing orders on the word of the buyer. Ya know they don't have to do that for us. So we all need to be honest with them and NOT take advantage of their good will towards us.

                              I totally agree. I could have easily told Aina that I was trying to order a whole bunch of stuff from the US warehouse rather than the 2 cans and couple of packets of Discreet.

                                Received my order today from ordering during the promotion and I did not receive my FREE can and also was charged the $7... something for shipping.
                                At the time I thought the charge would just be taken off once shipped but I was wrong.

                                I filled out the form on the contact us link to voice a complaint.

                                Is that the best place to contact them?

                                For the most part I have never had any real problems with northerner but to throw up a promotion and not honor it, if that is what is going on is very bad practice.
