So allied wallet said your transaction didnt go through but it still did ? If so , that is REALLY BAD . I can understand why banks might be flagging transactions made through them .

Yes. Just logged on to AW and my transaction still reads "incomplete." The only reason I knew it went through was because I had an email confirming shipping from ClubSnus. My snus has, in fact, just arrived. Probably the fastest shipping of any US place I've experienced.

So, clubsnus PMed me this morning apologizing about the allied wallet issue (I did not even contact them). Props to them for reading this forum and responding so quick. No response from allied wallet yet. Clubsnus did tell me that MasterCards don't work yet but VISA does. I don't know why. Thought I'd let everyone know.

I don't have a VISA so I'm thinking I might check that Paypal credit card thing somebody posted, or I guess I could buy a pre paid VISA. IDK. I'm gonna try to figure something out.

Placed an order with ClubSnus over the weekend. Jonathon hadn't received his shipment of the item I ordered. He was very apologetic and offered to refund my money. Not only that, but he is sending me two free cans and offered to fulfill my order for half price when said item is in stock. He appears to be very eager to earn our business and I applaud him for great customer service.

Thanks for the prompt PM for my post above. All I can say is wow. Are you and Tom from Discreet related or in cahoots together? I have never seen such great customer service from two companies before. I haven't even done any business with either of you and getting the great service. I can only imagine once I start sending you money. I hope both of your companies takes off.

MasterCards don't work yet but VISA does.

That's why I can't order....I only use Mastercards.

He could take money orders maybe. You'd have to wait a little longer, but a money order is easy to get and mail.
