Just curious, how's the progress going with Discreet, any luck getting it into any stores outside of online retailers? Odds are, if I see this in a store, I'd much prefer it over Camel Snus, and I think most smokers switching would have better luck with this strategy as well.

Great job on the products, Tom. I've enjoyed everything you've sent.

Stopped by a cigarette/tobacco store in town the other day. They have a few locations sprinkled around. I gave a root beer to the lady behind the counter. She liked it right away and then said, "ooh, this tastes like old A&W root beer." I could only smile and say that yeah, I'd heard that before.

I told her that flavor wasn't for sale yet, but others were and they were very good. I mentioned the displays, etc., and she said she was going to turn her manager on to it. I'll probably drift back by there in a few days. Maybe I can get them to make the leap. If I do, will you send me a case of grape? Just kidding, I do what I do out of love

I just filled out my info. The shop that I listed has recently started carrying general snus and a few other Swedish Match brands, so they may be interested.

I just saw the best kids movie! Well, the movie wasn't all that great as I would have rather been watching "Inglorious Bastards," but the best part was skipping the delicious buttery popcorn for a rootbeer (usually I would have purchased BOTH). I watched that entire movie sipping on my rootbeer while using Discreet rootbeer snus. I can not explain how heavenly this was! For me, this is yet another great feature of Discreet, a dietary aide! Oooo...I can't even imagine how incredible a COLA flavored snus would be!

Got my Rootbeer, and am completely blown away! When you open the package, the smell is exactly like opening a good rootbeer. It even seems to be "fizzy" in the mouth. How Tom pulls these flavors off is beyond comprehension. I can just imagine Tom the Mad Scientist in his lab crazily concocting these crazy flavors. :lol: As a Rootbeer Connesuer (I'll happily pay premium price for a good Micro-Brewery style Rootbeer as I will for a good Micro-Brewery style beer), this is everything I was hoping it would be.

This one will definately be on my regular Discreet order, when it is released.

On a side note, I am too pushing the Discreet to every store/ shop I come across.

Absolutely everything I found Owens187 when I first tried it, Never had a snus so perfectly matched my expectations and hopes. I also find I can keep it in for hours, want to keep it in for hours. Most of the Discreet, I can have maybe 2 -3 a day. But the Rootbeer I could, and probably will, use all day day after day.

Tom felt sorry for me and sent me some more samples. I so don't want to ask a gain so I wait every day hoping today is the day they are finally available.

I am not sure women can be pimps...but I'm all for being a Discreet Ho! LOL! Oops, that doesn't sound all that good, "discrete ho." hehehe

On another note - I personally hope the size of the portions never changes! They would no longer be "Discreet.". I would be so disappointed, just like the day that Camel released their larger portions due to "consumer feedback." Anyway, that's history and I'm glad Camel screwed up the sizes and quit producing "Spice." It was those 2 mistakes that pushed me further into the swedish snus realm!

Not sure if this is still going on but I sent my info. The only heavily flavored snus I have tried was skruf tranbar, but I enjoyed it a lot so I'm a bit curious about these fruit and soda snuses.. as long as they're not made by camel :P

Originally, he was just sending the Emerald Ice, the other mint, peach, and strawberry. These days, he seems to be sending out a lot of the new ones too.

Wow, just got my samples in the mail today, very impressed by the customer service when I am not even a customer yet. 4 different flavors to try. I'm not sure if this is a good place for a review so I will try to keep it short.

I've got a peach portion in now, the flavor is very good without being overbearing, though this might not sound like a compliment the flavor reminds me of a phillies blunt (I used to enjoy them a lot).

The portions are smaller, and the packaging isn't as fancy as a can, but it fits much better in your pocket. Everything about the product definitely fits the discreet name very well.

As far as the nicotine goes, I would say this is a great product for anyone who isn't a heavy snusser, I will definitely recommend it to smokers and new snus users, but if you are already using strong snus you might need a lot of portions to get a buzz.

I would still even recommend them to bigger snussers though for the flavor, thanks again for the sample and I will be recommending these.
