Northerner... shipping to US

I would like to order some snuff from Northerner... I am located in Virginia Beach, VA... will they ship from there warehouse in Sweden? What can I expect to pay for shipping and how long does it generally take to ship the the east coast of the US? Thanks in advance, I would really like to try some snuff.

It should take 5-7 days to get to you from Sweden. For shipping you want Swedish post. UPS is way too expensive, and really doesn't offer anything for the extra cost. You'd have to setup a test order to see how much it would cost.

For snuff only, I use snuffstore from England. They have great service, and a ton of different snuffs...

Thanks for the quick reply! Will definitely check it out. I am looking at nicotinerush.com... everything looks good, but I can't justify spending $7.95 to try snuff. I will have to wait until next week and place an order through northerner, with some snus's I have been wanting to try.

Nicotinerush is a very good store too. They're the best if you want to try the American brands. You're right though, the cheapest way would be to combine it with a snus order from Northerner.

Northerner takes 7-8 days for me in Ohio. They have the best price going on F&T snuff. My average order costs $10-$12 for shipping.
Nicotinerush has the fastest shipping ever. Standard post, 2-3 days. $7 shipping is a bit high, but not outrageous.

If you place an order that ships from the US based Northerner warehouse, you'll probably get it within 2-3 days and USPS is about $4. I break up my Northerner orders into stuff that'll ship from the U.S. and stuff that ships from Sweden so that I can get some of my order faster. I get U.S. stuff in 2 days and Swedish orders in 7 days, via Swedish Post.

That's still a reasonable amount of time. Sometimes things just get held up. One thing to keep in mind, barring backordered products, all the web sellers in my experience mail out as soon as they can(within 24hrs). It's then up to the postal system to get it to you. I wouldn't blame any of the webshops for slow delivery time. It's coming from the other side of the world, and the mail system doesn't always work as well as it could, and that isn't including customs which can add more time to the process.

Hey fellow VBeacher. I use Northerner. My first order from them was 5 biz days, second order was 6 biz days. Both times the shipping was $5 with Swiss Post.

Lately (say last 5 months) Northerner has gotten a bunch slower. Now taking between 10 - 13 days. I always have enough on hand so not really any issue for me. But still, do know that most people have said they are a bit slower. Swiss Post just sucks compared to Swedish Post.

Just received my Northerner order after seven days (including weekend) and it was a late-in-the-day order. I wasn't expecting it until next week. Huzzah! :lol:

You can order directly from toquesnuff.com ....no charge for shipping anywhere in the world and right now it's $2.30 per 10 gram tin. If I want Toque, I order it directly from them every time and it takes a week tops to get here to NH.

I prefer to order from Toque directly. But sometimes, I just have to bad of a need, and the one or two days it takes to get stuff from Nicotine Rush is addictive. Plus, Toque doesn't really sell accessories (like bullets and such) so Nicotine Rush gets those too. But both companies great companies to deal with
