It was up and down on me earlier today. Hit refresh enough times, it would come back for a bit. Wasn't placing an order, just needed to confirm what they didn't carry for a post earlier.

Site is up, but no explanation for the downtime in their forum. Would be nice to see some assurance to customers on their forum.
They're currently out of stock of grov, grov white, ettan, ettan white, and thunder frosted (as usual on that one). I defected to Northerner for my latest order due to the selection issue. They do send a friendly 'Thanks for the suggestion' email when you submit a product request... Maybe they don't have the volume to support more brands?

I wonder if the sell enough, of what they have, to support having the amount and variety they have? I'd guess many buy from them that don't post here. And snus has a date on it, and has to move. They have been around a little while.

I think they just have shitty servers. The site has always been kind of slow and spotty for me.

I would concur that they have shitty servers - DNS servers that is:

http://www.dnsmadeeasy.com/ is who powers their DNS, which would explain flakiness. I wonder if it's running off a cable modem.

I usually order all of my regular brand stuff, atleast what I like at the moment, from getsnus because it usually gets here within 3 days. I go to northener for all the ones that I want to try out because sometimes they have cheaper prices and they just basically carry things that getsnus doesn't.
Only thing I don't like about northener is that they don't send me free stuff!

Getsnus seems to be down now anyways.
