But yeah, the duty on it is retarded. Its meant to pay for healthcare, and snus has not yet been proven to cause many/any medical problems. Luckily in Norway we have lesser duty on snus compared to cigarettes, but its still expensive.
Another question, how long does it take you to get your order? The one time I ordered on summer vacation there last year I waited 8 or 9 days before I got it. Will this be faster if I order from northerner's US warehouse? Also, maybe packages from the US are less suspicous?
EDIT: And no, they don't sell snus in stores in Vancouver, its not among the test markets. I phoned all over the place last summer. However, if there's enough of us here we can perhaps set up a "snus-ring", where we can buy from eachother if in need.
