I usually make all my orders with buysnus. two weeks ago I made a $200 order. Still waiting on it. Let me tell you why. 1. Some items were not in stock which is fine. It shipped out this past Sat. the 21st. 2. It has been sitting in Kentucky since Sunday morning and still has not moved. I called ups and they said customs refuses to release it because it does not have a packing slip or contents declared. I sent buysnus an email letting them know. They are slow with responses, usually 2 days. So, I had to email a lady at ups with a screen shot of my order via the buysnus website. She emailed me back and said it would be released tomorrow. Im pretty pissed since all I have is jaks wintergreen, and I paid $30 for shipping. If the packaged has not moved to my office by thursday, I'm gonna be really pissed.Comment

I've been using snus for 3 years and I finally used buysnus and it was a great experience. 2.5 rolls purchased on fri night and arrived at my door at noon today(wed). That's fantastic time for living on the west coast.Comment

I have been meaning to post something like this for a while. It seems that many if not most of the folks hear are x-smokers. I applaud you all in your efforts to become smoke free. However, I have come to snus by a different rout and so I want to share my experiences with all those x-dippers who may be looking at this site for suggestions and direction to get started.
