In my book it would be immoral for me to take advantage of them. Maybe your morals differ from mine. Morals are a subject of personal beliefs and I would feel guilty every time I popped a pris with one of those Icetools if I took advantage of them. My guess is they might end up having to send you those and will end up taking a huge loss and that will cause Northerner to raise their prices and not be such a caring supplier when some of us run into problems with our orders from them. So you good fortunes could end up effecting this community as a whole. Not to mention that the company who makes the product you are ripping them off for is the owner of this site. To each his own though. So again sorry if I upset you by being honest.

Legally the conclusion of the contract should take place with the sending of the goods. I think Snusbutiken can refuse the order, but if they really send the icetools for $4, then it's their problem.

Besides of the legal situation, I also think that it's immoral to (try to) take advantage of such an error and even post it on a public forum.

Maybe they were defective, I dunno. On a side note when I was about to purchase one, I noticed my wallet was gone. I went to the store where i lost it and the clerk said she saw it but someone grabbed it before i got there and she just figured it was theirs. How's that, I was about to take advantage of this bug, but instead my wallet was stolen.
