Buysnus website weirdness

My Buysnus password has been changed to something really weird and the website won't let me change it :?

Also my bonus points balance has changed to a negative number :shock:
And Buysnus themselves don't respond to my email....

Anyone else having any strange experiences with Buysnus' website?

How did that happen? How have you been able to log in, when the password has been changed without your knowledge?

This happened to me too, a month ago. It's probably an error in their software. I wrote them an email and they fixed it and said that they didn't know what exactly went wrong. Give them some days to respond.

Easy solution to any future problems of that ilk - go with Northerner. Better points system (I got sick and tired of that on buysnus, they give you no credit for single cans, and I get loads), broader selection, friendlier website. Just my opinion...

My points went down a number a while back; I'm not sure why, but it doesn't bother me that much since I rarely ever order rolls. When I do, they are always the special deals that don't count anyway. I've yet to take advantage of Buysnus' points thingy...

I used the link for when you forget password, and I was emailed this totally random ass password.

I might give Northerner a go next time, have been reading some positive posts about them

That's the normal handling, if someone forgets the password. The same will certainly happen, if you forget, e.g., your snuson-password.

It's a fraud protection measure for cases when one did not really forget the password, but somebody else has stolen and changed it.

Again, that's absolutely normal. It would be very doubtful, if you click such a button and the old password shows up in the e-mail.
