Snus in NYC.

My snus just arrived from GetSnus. Just one day between email notification of shipment from GetSnus to arrival via USPS. Mystery can was a 10g (didn't know they made them that small) can of General White Portion. Let the snussing begin!

Edit: Oh, I see. The 10g is what they call the mini-portions. Trying out the Grovsnus Svart and it is much smoother in terms of pepper, flavor and salt than the General White Portions with a hint of licorice. Very nice. Definitely a good street snus.

I'm surprised there aren't more NEers snussing given how anti-smoking the system is here.

Could it be that dipping (and thus the probability that someone is at least familiar with oral tobacco and more likely to try snus) is more common in the south?

Prior to getting stationed here(Delaware), I would've agreed with you. Except I know sooo many people that dip here, it's insane! Perhaps though, it might have something to do with the fact they are all mostly military, hence from other parts of the country :lol:

I've turned 5 folks onto snus already though, 4 of them were previous dippers.
