Right, because of the WA PACT type law (which passed a couple months before PACT) it's illegal for companies within WA to ship tobacco to WA residents.

I have thought about driving over there a few times as it's only about 150 miles and winter is approaching. They have great prices. They even have decent prices on Stonewalls.

Maybe y'all can get together (like a coop), make up your orders,
and have a designated driver. That way, you share the travel
expenses and maybe get some good deals in the process.

29.40 for a roll of General Original Portion. 8.00 Shipping. That was it. Needed an Adult signature for UPS but had it shipped to my office so not a problem.

I've just made a sample order and there seems to be no additional taxes on LiLbrown for EU customers, however the shipping is way too expesive. ($60 for 8 cans of dip)

i just got an order of general OP in from lil brown. The date is a lil close (11 11 2010). Prices are good, cheaper than northerner, and because it's a Native American operation on a reservation no one's liable for taxes.

I still think that the purchaser can, and most likely will, be held liable for taxes (and late fee penalties), which is no problem. I'm willing to pay my taxes as long as I don't have to smoke cigarettes anymore. It's a matter of life and death. I hope for the best, but am prepared for the worst.

UPS rats on their customers to the men in black, and I think these guys use UPS.

They definitely use UPS. Only reason I make the comment about taxes is there is a long standing agreement between recognized indian nations and the gov't about the taxation of Native American sold tobacco products. It effectively eliminates the requirement to pay state and federal taxes on any tobacco product they sell.

Check it out, I believe the case is US Gov't v. Seneca Nation c. 1880. It's the same one that allows members of said nations to grow/possess/use marijuana and the related ceremonial hallucinogens (ie., peyote & mushrooms).

In the mean time it's a nice place to get cheap, reasonably fresh snus without worrying about it taking 3-5 weeks from a warehouse in PA.

For the record, I got my package from Lil Brown in about 8 days and I live in Hawai'i.

I just wish they'd carry something other than SM.
