I suppose its a personal taste thing.

Its a true indian snuff, a bit...shall we say, spicy? so its not like going to france to eat at mcD's.

This will give you both a range of snuff traditions from various countries (UK, USA, India, Holland, Germany) as well as a range of various styles of snuff (Toast, Medicated, double fermented, finely ground and coarsely ground).

To me each is a unique showcase of the house from which it comes and represents what they do best (You will not find a snuff like spanish Gem anywhere but Toque and there is no Toast better than HDT- in fact there is no snuff better than HDT it is King)

At some point you should try a few snuffs from each house. Including the American Makers- to me Tops Mild is the most complex and complete American snuff.

D- White and Elephant are the driest, finest ground and most unmanageable snuffs on the market. I love Dholakia snuffs but White is a disaster that smells like dry hay and piss. There is no way to take it without blowing your head off....and if there is a way.....it is not worth learning.

There is just too much fantastic snuff out there to waste you time and money sticking your nose in the ass of a pig. If you want a Dholakia snuff go with Green Sparrow (a fantastic and exotic snuff that could only be made in India or Madras Toast -a unique take on the madras style).

Don't go to France and eat at Mcdonalds and don't go to a Chinese restaurant and order a Pizza.....order the snuff from a particular maker that no other maker could make

I didn't see Dholakia White or White Elephant snuff on that list. However, if you get thru your current order and you want to try some REAL MAN'S Snuff I would suggest that you try one of those. White Elephant is hard to get but the Dholakia White is easy to find. Both are great but a tad strong. Good luck
