@SnusnPA....that's really weird. They, as well as most of the vendors, have that cost included in the shipping. That's one of the reasons why shipping went up so much a while back.

Agreed. Northerner has done a spanking good job. Definitely a lot cheaper for the snus and the shipping. I'm glad they are finally back to normal again. I never had a problem ever, but I know they went thru a tough time when trying to jump thru the FDAs hoops while trying bring snus to the US. Congratulations Northerner.

I haven't had any problems with northerner in a while, also even with shipping, they are cheaper for skruf and it's not dried out. Hate the warning labels but I can live with that, they are cheaper for oden's now with the much cheaper shipping than buying direct from GN, less choice but cost plays a big factor.

I didn't post this thread to bring up old problems one may have encountered with any vendor. If you believe you had a problem with them then so be it, do as you will. I posted this for the newer members that want the best price and good customer service.

That said....you are realitively new to snus and don't remember the great service and pricing that Northerner offered BEFORE Pact. During Pact Northener was working hard to bring snus to the USA for us. No other company cared enough to even try to help us out.

I usually wait for BuySnus.com to offer free shipping specials. I ordered from Northerner recently, and they got it right. Prices were good. A year ago, Northerner screwed up my order twice. Maybe they've changed. I did spend time peeling 'Tobacco is Death' stickers off of my rolls, that tore up my Göteborgs and LD labels. BuySnus hasn't done that.

Northerner has never in my years of ordering from them left anything out of my orders. It must be nice to be able to want to pay more.

There was a period when buysnus and northerner had aprox. the same pricing. That's not the case anymore. Truth be told I really never had any customer service issues with northerner ever....but I did with buysnus in the past. I'll go with the best pricing now since the customer service is fine with both outfits.

I am very happy to announce that..........Well, I for one have seen a drastic improvement in Northerners customer service and pricing. I always compare prices between the major vendors before I place an order. Lately Northerner has come up with cheaper prices every time I check. I just placed an order for 2 rolls and saved over $30. That's a hell of a price difference on just 2 rolls and the snus wasn't even on sale. A week or so ago Northerner saved me over $100 on an order. Also, every order has been at my door within 3 days.

This is my experience while ordering snus to the USA. Not sure about the rest of the world atm.
