My last northerner order where they sent the in stock items had the invoice showing all the cans in the box, then when the out of stock ones arrived the invoice showed the full order again, so you should still get them (in theory anyway).

I want blueberry. I just ran out of a promo can you sent someone that was kind enough to pass it onto me. It was a few years old I can only imagine what a fresh can would taste like.

Quick question GN. I loved odens extreme los when it was still in the weird hockey puck cans. Since it was moved to the ash tray lid cans I find it extremely moist. Its so moist it actually makes my mouth form an uncomfortable wrinkle that gets irritated. Did the formula change around the time you switched to the new cans or do the new cans keep in more moisture? I really do like the taste but the extreme moistness makes it very uncomfortable in my mouth since it easily breaks apart.

As for northerner. I despise them. It really seems like your ticket can fall into a few hands and depending on who it is it will be settled or marked as complete with nothing done.

One order was completely disfigured and was in a different box than northerner usually ships in so i figured something happened with ups. I contacted northerner just to report what had happened and to make them aware incase others were voicing concern about something similar. The person i got offered to send me the entire order again. I was really happy but said I really only wanted the damaged cans replaced that had exposed portions and los leaking form them which worked out to be about 20 out of 50 cans.
But then another time they sent me 30 cans of thunder wintergreen portions instead of 50 cans of thunder frosted los.....and i never got a response.

They came on here a few months ago blubbering about how things had changed but almost everyone had trouble getting free shipping on 20 cans this past week or so. A business is always going to make mistakes. Take the best company you've ever dealt with and google "I hate (company name)" you'll be astounded. Mistakes are always going to happen and it is unfortunate when it does. When a company fails to fix these mistakes or constantly does it, it is no longer a mistake and just the way a company does business. Northerner falls on the latter of the two for me. They could sell thunder frosted for a penny a can and I will still gladly give my business to buysnus, i know the order will arrive to me within a week and they will not tell me something is in stock if it is not, and there wont be a promo i qualify for that I can not get. Hell most of my orders on buysnus have some kind of promo attached to one of my products I didn't even know about.

Northerner did send me both expired snus and completely unusable badly stored snus. Lots of it!

In my opinion Northerner still owe me over £100 in justifiable refund - but their customer service has told me in no uncertain terms that I won't be getting it and there's nothing further I can do.

My story with them is over a year old ... And they may have improved since then ... But read my stories here and think to yourself "do I trust this company with my money when there are alternatives out there that haven't cheated people out of vast amounts of money"

In the absence of a resolution to my situation ... My only option is to keep hating them here!
