Mysnus - Waiting - No Email Repies

I have been waiting 3 days to get a response from www.mysnus.com. I won't place an order if they won't communicate. I had good luck with them in the past. Perhaps someone from their company will see this and correct the problem. I will keep folks updated.

OK thanks. However I am not a member of FB. I am a member
of Twitter. I am waiting on FB in case they round you all up. :-)

Perhaps one of you FB members can pass them a note asking them
to answer their email.

At this point I almost want to say if you don't use buysnus, where you get your snus in 48-72 hours at a great price every single time, don't bitch. Mysnus was fairly quick. They also gave me a coupon code.
Could it be because I have asked them for one they have ignored me?
I told them I want to order regardless.

What about the FDA letter?
