I'd rather pay 15 bucks for shipping than buy 2 pounds of snus that I dont like......this out of stock stuff is ridiculous. A good business stocks up and notices trends.....they then make sure they order much more than trends say they need. I'm not ordering 2 pounds of snus that doesnt have ettan or thunder orig and many others. Right now if i ordered it would have to be some odens portions and Their probably final shipment of julesnus til next november. I dont need a pound of either.

It's Thursday and I expected to get it today since I didn't get an email letting me know there were any problems. Great, now I get to drive 6 hours to buy my wife snus or she will turn into a raving lunatic.
Moral of the story? Northerner is dropping the ball. Order somewhere else. Too bad really. I've been ordering almost exclusively from there since 2008. I dropped them a line in hopes of them at least shipping the in stock part of my order but my wife will be out by this weekend.

Ehhhhh, I can halfway feel Northerner's pain here. The whole thing going on with ordering snus in the EU has to be an absolute nightmare, and it's probably something that couldn't have been predicted with any certainty. Then it causes a run on the U.S. warehouse from the EU, and......surprise!...trouble with Customs on their new shipment, did I hear? Great.
Plus they're dealing with a dated product in the first place. No one likes to get out-of-date snus......we complain about that all the time, in fact. So it's probably not a matter of stockpiling as much as they can, either. They have to consider how much of that is actually going to be sold before it expires---and seeing that they just dropped the out-of-date snus package to about $10 a roll, they're clearly looking to get rid of some.
Glad I ordered a couple rolls of Ettan Portion before this all happened. Just Sayin'.

I hope someday it comes to light what happened to this once-great company. No one can deny it though... they really choked. Hard. And not a single explanation has been offered as to why they have been shitting all over their reputation by putting forth piss-poor operations and service. The way they have come to do business is downright suicidal.

You and I joined snuson right at the same time (about a week apart)...........Anyway……..I think that time period was really the heyday of snus...... the golden age....
There was enough interest that there were plenty of suppliers.............but not so much that there was a bunch of regulations...................customer service was great..............prices were such that you could place an order for 3 or 4 tins and try a few brands you never had before................the selection was great.................and there was always a can or two tossed in for good measure

Hey Dog! Yes we did. I see your point, and also I understand - I really do - the intricacies of the "hater/cheerleader" game that continues to play out as a result of three things: certain business decisions made by our favorite Finn, which don't intrinsically bother me in the least; good old-fashioned loyalty; and appreciation for the numerous steps said vendor has taken to make snus available to Americans in full compliance with US laws. That all makes sense. What does not make sense and the point to which I was trying to speak, is what the hell are they thinking?? Things have gone from bad to worse, this very board is chock-full of complaints, and no one *seems* to be lifting a finger to rectify the many grievances. I'm sure they work a lot harder than is apparent to the average consumer, but my point is that I am far from impressed with how these difficulties have been handled. I do not trust that a purchase I make will arrive in anything approaching a timely manner, and the reasons for my distrust have been made obvious by the masses. Meanwhile, a certain other vendor continues to keep goods in stock and deliver to my door in 72 hours. It's just not smart business, and I am hoping they address it, either publicly or privately. If they don't, I worry for their future. That's all
