Anyone else notice this since around the time they added the million Facebook 'like' buttons and comments on their portions/loose pages? I'm on OSX, with Safari and it just beach balls for about a minute every time the page loads. Its definitely just their site, and only on the pages with all the Facebook crap. I just gave up in the middle of placing an order.

Sent them an email about it, but maybe you guys have noticed something similar.

Still seems to happen in Chrome and Firefox, although not quite as badly. Status bar hangs up on 'waiting for Facebook.com' and 'waiting for fbcdn.com' so maybe its a location thing.

Ah well, its probably my setup. I'll play around more tomorrow.

Block the facebook crap with your hosts file, or with an extension. Their malevolent garbage tracks you all over the web, whether you're signed in or not.

I'm normally fine with facebook heavy pages. It's flash that kills me here...
