No UPS service to my country?

I tried to place an order with SnusCentral and during the first step of the process I got this message "UPS can not deliver to your address and/or country. If you know UPS has service in your country please verify your address." Has this happened to anyone else? I have placed orders from them before with no problem and I know I live in Delaware but we do have UPS! I tried Premium Snus to with the same result.
Any suggestions? I have already tried sending messages to everyone over there. I would just go through Northerner but they don't have 3 or 4 of the products I want. Hopefully it's just a temporary glitch.

Wouldn't be much of a project. They could do it in a 5 day work week. I guess that's part of Obama's "infrastructure" plan he was talking about all the time.

Ok it's working now... It was set to UPS on my side last night. Now it's showing the prices. Good lord shipping is expensive.

Yeah, just a glitch. I tried again and it went through. The shipping was bearable at 30 when V2 was $1.99 and even Swedish Match products were under $3.50. But now at $35.00 and V2 cost what Jakobssons did 6 months ago it's getting pretty steep. Not that I'm going to quit or anything.
