    The very few times I have communicated with both Buysnus and Premiumsnus the answer has been within twenty or thirty minutes provided my questions is sent bus hours Swedish time. Can't ask for more than that.

    Special kudos to Premiumsnus...I have ordered and received an e-mail within minutes with a sorry, that they are out of something, asking if I would like to change my order (ordered Friday Swedish time) or delay shipping until Monday.

    Snuscentral is also the same group, albeit indirectly, as Buysnus and Premiumsnus.

    Will keep ordering from all - all four including Northerner - but have to admit that Northerner the last nine months or so is a far cry from the Northerner of a year and a half ago.

    The changes have not been positive and I hope they get it together as I would like to see them grow, along with snus use, in the US market.

    Communication seems to be the major complaint.

    Personally, I don't understand why they find it so difficult on the communication side or the 'in stock/out of stock' issue. I can't say that it's bad for business because we in Europe are pretty much at Northerners mercy. Northerner could be great but seems on occasion to prefer to be average or below in their customer attitude.

    What I know from experience is that if you order an icetool, you can be waiting up to 3 months for it. They must be ordering them in from Icetool when they receive your order.
    If most of your order is in stock and one item is not in stock, it can take a while for your order to be shipped.

    I've only had two orders from Northerner that were a disaster, so the majority of my experience has been good - but every time I order with Northerner, I feel slightly nervous that I won't get my supply before my old one runs out. I always order when I've got a full roll left in the fridge.
