well i have chosen the chew that i want to order, i click check out, i fill out the fields that i need to fill out, i click on the field there i confirm that im over 18, then i click confirm order and nothing happens

Perhaps check to make sure your browser is accepting cookies, in case you need any for the form to work. After making sure of that, try clearing the cache, restarting the browser and trying again. No error message or anything?

Well, next time you have the money, you could try sending an email to see if they can fix it to allow æ, ø and å. It's not like they're that hard to process.
