Www.gqtobaccos.com are much cheaper for OTs by a long way. If you have a decent tobacconist they are usually sold in them too.Originally posted by Frosted View PostOh by the way - if you're ever in an emergency, go to www.mysmokingshop.co.uk and get yourselves some Oliver Twists. They're a good temporary substitute.

If my order hasn't shipped I'm going to be PISSED. This was April 9th they sent me an e-mail back saying 'We'll change your order and ship it'. Haven't heard anything else since. I'm expecting a fresh roll of snus in the mail today. If it's not there, there's going to be trouble. I'm going to go to work on them with a blowtorch if it hasn't even shipped yet.Originally posted by Frosted View PostOrders from snusline take 10 days for me but I'm cool with that as they're highly competitive and trustworthy.
I'd expect you'll get a shipping date in the next couple of days and if not I'll be worrying along with you.

I'm not critising Snusline, I used it several times and will use it again. Maybe the snus is not expired, but how can you explain that sometimes they put their label covering the original one, while other times they remove the original one and just put the hebrew one?Originally posted by Frosted View PostActually, I remember - they have a MASSIVE easter break out there. I tried ordering this time last year and it didn't come for ages.
The snus is not expired btw.....and they have been a lifeline for us over here.
All of the snus I've had from any vendor has been dry apart from odens direct. Don't forget that this stuff is shipped from Sweden to Israel and back to you again. With Northerner it was Sweden to USA and back over here again. That's a hell of a lot of travelling in hot conditions etc. We're lucky to have snus at all and for that I'm extremely grateful to the vendors and companies that still sell. I go for the whites now anyway, probably because of the dry problem with snus that's supposed to be moist.
I only had a problem with snusline once when they were out of stock and awaiting a shipment of Odens which took ages to get there but their communication with me has always been great. But don't forget that ordering or communicating over a bank holiday is always going to be a bitch.
Anyway I agree, it's pretty impossible to find really fresh snus on the web, except for Oden's that's sold directly from the producer; but I really appreciate the work that all these sites do for us.
BTW, I also normally buy White Portions in order to avoid the dry problem.

I can't believe it. I found a fresh roll of snus waiting for me in a lovely white package. Nord 66. It's fresher than a nun's c**t too and all is forgiven. :POriginally posted by paulgedz View PostDid you hear anything? My order didnt arrive today

In a surprising turn of events, Odenssnus, where I placed on order on Friday I believe hasn't even shipped yet or got back to the e-mail I've sent. It says 'Received' in the payment section, does this change to delivered or do you get an e-mail confirming shipping?
Snusline came through. I feel kind of bad for ripping into their business. Yes, it was delayed, but I should have never doubted the validity of it arriving at some stage or the other.Last edited by Opuspocus; 22-04-14, 03:50 PM.

I didn't even know Easter was a thing down in Israel! I think the issues stem from the shunting they do. How I think Snusline works is they order from Northener and then shunt it to the EU. The stock at Northener is directly linked to the stock at Snusline.Originally posted by Frosted View PostYes, my odenssnus order hasn't shipped today either.
Glad it's worked out for you. Snusline has two or three times a year where delivery is slow...Christmas and Easter surprisingly.
Whatever they do, I don't care and sorry for doubting you Snusline. I love you.

Umm it says in the Bible that it was the time of passover just before Christ was crucified ... so assuming the Bible is 100% accurate Easter is at the same time as Passover.Originally posted by Opuspocus View PostI didn't even know Easter was a thing down in Israel!
I hear Passover is "a massive thing" in Israel ;-)
Oh ... and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre is well known as being the centre of the whole Christian faith ... so I imagine that some people do Easter there too.Last edited by squeezyjohn; 22-04-14, 07:48 PM.Squeezyjohn
