    Hmm, do you mean by Swedish Post they take longer to process? Because my UPS orders would arrive in 3 days. This one by Swedish Post took a good few days to process and then a couple of days to arrive once shipped. Either way, i'm more than happy with their service i'm just sorry Jean hasn't got his order yet.

      Just wondered whether preparing UPS shipments takes longer than popping the snus in an envelope and sending it Airmail and so the queue for it might be longer. Purely speculating. Guess we'll never know why some orders are sent quickly and others not so.

      Yes, hope Jean get's his snus soon.

                My order should be shipped with Swedish Post. My experience is, at that Swedish Post is as fast as UPS. Though I would like to have the UPS Girl Pris posted to deliver my snus.

                I'll try shop@snus.de and snus@snus.de - and now I cross my fingers.

                    Yep. Both rolls were in stock. As for now I can see that Montecristo is still in stock with a green "light" while Tunder Frosted is in stock but with a yellow "light" as low stock.

                        Bank holiday is only a UK tradition. Monday was a normal work day in Sweden and Germany. And even if Monday was a holiday it doesn't explain why the guys from snus.de don't answer email or why my in stock snus isn't in the mail by now.

                        I'll be back with an update if I hear from snus.de

                            Update II:

                            I have now a shipping confirmation. My snus was shipped today and I got the notification a couple of hours ago. I haven't heard a word from the regarding my emails. Either they don't read there mails or else they just ignore questions from there customers. Both are equally bad.

                            I might try them again in the future, but only when I have a good stash and do not need the snus right away. And if the guys from snus.de reads this; try to keep your promises regarding shipping in 24 hours, email the customer if you can't fulfill the promised and answer emails.

                            No more bitching from my side. I will now look forward to receive my snus and enjoy the Montecristo tobacco and Thunder Frosted minty flavour.
