Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of the people I killed because they were annoying......

I've been wrong lots of times. Lots of times I've thought I was wrong only to find out that I was right in the beginning.

I just want to clarify. I love Northerner and appreciate all the have done. It just seems they need to rectify this situation. My intentions were not to turn anybody off of using them. I just figured they needed to know that they needed to pick up their game a little. I think a 800 number is gonna be a good thing. I really think that they are gonna be our salvation in the long run, and it sucks that they went thru all the effort to become compliant with these stupid laws and other companies are taking advantage of that. Oh and they need to bring back the VIP! That is all.

I went to Northerner.com to place an order today (they're the only ones I've used so far) and found that most of what I wanted was out of stock and the taxes were unreal. I came back here got some advice and ordered from PremiumSnus.com. I ordered 2 more cans than I was going to through Northerner and it cost me $30 less.
It figures just when I really get into snus and love it all hell breaks loose!

Just to be clear before I say this...this is not a complaint against northerner, they have always treated me right, this is a general frustration. Disclaimer over:
After all this talk about how great odens extreme is I decided to order a roll of it today for my monthly snus order. At the time that I made the order (this morning), they showed as having 101-500 in stock, I just checked tonight and they now have 0 in stock and my order is pending. Now I am wondering first how long will my order be pending, and second, I am about out of snus, wtf am I going to do?? I guess it is going to be camel until they get it back in stock, point of post-THIS SUCKS!!!

Considering all the people that are having problems. The 1-800 number I predict will have extremely long wait times. Plus hiring operators??? Be prepared to pay even higher prices to pay their salary.

To follow up on my previous post, after a second msg I got a response from them saying they were sorry and they would shiip out my in stock items asap. I recevied my partial order on Thursday. So all in all it took me two weeks to get most of my snus. Not great but not too terrible. Hopefully things will improve once this EU craziness dies down.

Actually, I only paid $3.75 tax on my last Northerner order of 18 tins. My beef with them is the delivery time. For 6 bucks more, Premiumsnus got my order to me in 3 business days with constant UPS tracking updates. Northerner took three days just to get the product on the truck in PA, and it won't be here until mid next week. That's almost two weeks from PA! Also, NO SKRUF at Northerner PA warehouse??? What's up with that???
Plus side is they have a better selection of other products.

They do have a slightly bigger selection, although unlike you I get hit pretty bad on taxes. Last order I had from them a few months ago it was $0.50 a can, just went up to $0.60 a can. I'd much rather order from other vendors, get my snus in 3 days as opposed to 3 weeks, and pay a hell of a lot less, especially with bulk orders.Originally posted by Mongrulheheheheh

Also, skruf is not allowed for sale in the U.S., at least Northerner and a few other sites do not sell it here.
