AHH! Just checked the UPS site and my first order from Northerner is in town as of three hours ago (3AM)....sort and ship, sort and ship UPS guy...get that package on the road again!

Northerner will be okay. They had a lot to deal with and most things were out of their control. I was fairly angry with them but like everyone else, it was the first time I had any problems with them in two years. If this was your first time dealing with them I would try to give them another go. Personally I like the company and prefer to support smaller companies when I can. Especially since these guys found a way to keep selling to me and delivering to my state.

I am a bit curious as to why all of the bonus items have shown as out of stock for a while now. I really hope they aren't ending the program or anything. I am due for a free roll my next order and am really looking forward to a roll of jaks wintergreen. Who would have thought I would ever be looking forward to a roll of wintergreen snus, but jaks has seemed to have that effect on a lot of people.

I guess if they still aren't up by the time I am making my next order I will open a ticket and ask about it. Probably just a glitch of some sort because they do have most of those selections in stock in the regular order screens.
