      As I promised... An update:

      We are very sorry to learn that your shipment was missing articles and that cans were damaged.
      We will therefore send out a full replacement by UPS Exress Saver today, and you can of course keep the original one.
      Now THAT's good customer service.

      I'm satisfied with their quick response time and their sincerity. Because of this, I will definitely place an order again with them in the future.

          Just send them an email to reship the missing/broken cans.

                Thanks for sharing your experience with us. At least we know they are
                human and do correct their mistakes, as does Northerner/Getsnus and
                others. These companies know that customer service is key to their
                successes.

                  I've been snusing for over a year now and I order from them all the time. They're fast and every order was 100% fine. So yeah, I recommend them.

                    Buysnus is incredible. First order over a year ago had a missing Claq in it, they sent me out two cans in replacement. Bulletproof Onyx can came all scratched up, they sent me another one free of charge. Used to buy soo much crap from the auction site, and any problems they would send replacements. Buysnus is the only way to go. I miss buysnus prepact. shipping was 6 bucks! SIX BUCKS! And it was sent right to your door and dropped off by USPS. Perfect. Now, yes, shipping is high, but bulk is the way to go. And the points system is awesome! You get a point for every roll you buy, 5 points gets you half off a roll! Well, REFER PEOPLE! Do it. Because when refered customers, if they buy a roll, YOU get a point too. Every order for about 7 months ive gotten half off a roll. <3

                      Nice buysnus seems legit, I've been ordering off of snuscentral which is shipped by buysnus and haven't had any problems except slow shipping once.

                        i am not sure how many orders i have made at buysnus over the years.... maybe 25. of those i got one roll of snus that was the wrong brand and i as i remember i had one can of general loose arrive busted. Both times they were overly friendly and replaced the whole order. I can say the same for northerner except i have gotten the wrong snus several times. can't remember any being busted, sometimes not a lot of communication but always made good on the problem and most if not all the time replaced the whole order. i can think of three times off the top of my head that i ended up with $30-$50 or so dollars worth of freebies that way. a few times i let problems slide because i felt too guilty to say anything because they had given me so much product in the past. i just wish that companies here in the states ran their businesses half as customer focused as these two do.

                            I received my Post-Pact order undamaged but I can see how it can happen. I got two rolls of snus wrapped in a plastic UPS envelope. Apparently UPS is not being careful with it's handling of packages and is smashing the packages. Buysnus could use cardboard boxes, this might prevent some of the damage, it might increase shipping costs though. They shouldn't have to resort to better packaging but it might be in their best interest.
                            +1 on that. Buysnus sent out my Kardus quadruple wrapped in a cardboard box. They are great at taking care of there customers even if it is UPS's fault. So is snuscentral and Northerner for that matter. I remember before getsnus became part of the Northerner borg there service was great and then suddenly sucked really bad.

                              It would only go so far. The MaKe Webo warehouse, which fills the order for both Buysnus and Snuscentral, videotapes each shipment before it goes out so that they have a reference in case someone claims that they were shorted some cans. This started a few years ago when a lot of US customers were complaining that their orders were short, wrong or damaged. It's kind of hard to claim "hey, you guys only sent me five of my ten cans of Kronan" when you're emailed a video of your ten cans of Kronan going into a sealed envelope with your address label on it.

                              They do this also as a preventive measure for quality control. If they in fact do have a screwed up shipment, they know exactly who picked, verified and shipped the order. If they see that they have an employee that can't meet their high standard of customer service, said employee seeks work at another warehouse.

                              There's a reason that you rarely hear anything negative about Buysnus. They go to great lengths to prevent such mishaps.

                                A couple years ago I had 2 issues with Buysnus, almost back to back. I can't remember the first issue, but I think it might have been a damaged package, with a missing tin, or maybe a wrong item, whatever it was, it wasn't huge, and they fixed me up. An order or 2 later I got a shipment, and I was missing a whole roll of Grov. The envelope I got was ripped, but there was no way a roll fell out. It wouldn't have even fit with the other snus I got. I almost didn't want to report it. I didn't want them to think I was scamming them. I took pictures of the envelope, and emailed them, and they made it all right, and I got my Grov. They've always been good to deal with, and I have no complaints.
