alright guys, i am ****ing pissed. i live in a trailer park, so our packages get placed in a large locker, and the key to said locker is placed in our mailbox, so i go out to grab boxy brown, and the ****ing key will not turn, i mean WILL NOT TURN. i about ripped the flesh off my fingers trying. this shits happened to me before and last time we had to call the mail guy and he took the key and the ****ing prick told me it just opened right up, IT DOES NOT OPEN. anyways, after trying for about half an hour, i decide to call the post office, i get some ****ing halfwit who tells me ill have to call back tuesday. TUESDAY! i say well, the package contains perishable items, and all he tells me is im sorry both the maintenance guys are off this weekend. WTF!? i dont give a shit whos off, get someone down here to open the god damn box, theres about 10 people across america who are gonna be pissed that this snus sat in a ****ing hot locker for 3 days! so im sorry guys, itll be about 3-4 days before i even get the box open let alone send it out, until then im gonna keep trying, but you can blame the us post office and ****ing labor day weekend for ruining everything.

the post office sucks, bro. seriously. i have never had a good experience with them. that is why i primarily use UPS or FedEx when I need to ship. Part of why I love GetSnus so much, all my shipments come via UPS, and in a nice shiny box with a nice, courteous driver. F the USPS.

its seriously ridiculous. i dont know if these old locks are the fault of the post office or the park, but this is bullshit, second time weve had this problem. i wonder if we could get them to replace the entire contents of the box. i sincerely apologize for both the delay in shipment and the possibility of any "bad" snus as a result.

If you think the key's right, but the lock is boogered up, try graphite, or WD40 in the lock. That might get something going for you.

yep, totally tried the wd40. its always this damn #4 locker. i dont understand why they cant bring it to my house, or get new locks. im gonna raise hell about this. i was excited to have the box for the weekend since i only snus like 4-5 times a day, and i wanted to try everything. i think the icetool i bought from texasmade is probably in there too! BITE ME labor day!
