Nice video. That's about the way I bake as well. Quick, easy and more flavorful than a tightly compacted pris. I do own and use an icetool but I find myself handbaking more and more just because it is so quick and easy. It does take some time to get good at various snuses which have differing grinds and feels, though.

That's about how I do it when I handbake, but I take much longer sizing it. I always start with a big chunk, then pull pieces off and put them back in the tin. I like to duplicate 2 clicks on my 3ml IceTool, and that amount is much smaller than it looks in hand.

Very nice video.

I usually pinch with my thumb and index finger and lightly form it up with both index fingers and thumbs. Kind of a glorified hillbilly.
